BIM Services for Architects & Engineers
Work with qualified BIM specialists to develop a coordinated BIM model from concept design to tender.
We provide ongoing support from construction to handover, handling design updates with your contractors. Your team stays on design. Your margin survives the submission phase.
BIM specialists in architecture, structure and MEP who work alongside your design teams.
We check every model against the owner's EIR or the regulator's standard before you submit: classifications, property sets, geo-referencing and exchange format. We flag and fix gaps early to reduce the risk of rejection and rework.
Stay on design development while our BIM team builds and maintains the models. The same models carry through to clash coordination, quantity take-off and asset handover, so what you commission for the submission keeps working through construction.
We hold the project information in an ISO 19650 common data environment, coordinate consultants and contractors against the same model, and track design changes through RFIs, so every party works from the current version.
Send your concept or FEED package as it stands: SketchUp massing, CAD, PDFs or early schematics. We agree scope and timeline first, then build it into a LOD 300 BIM model ready for coordination.
We classify elements, populate the required parameters and validate the model against the standard that governs your project: your authority's rules, the owner's EIR or your own office standards.
You receive a coordinated, clash-checked model with the design data your submission needs, such as fire ratings, materials and classifications, in a form contractors and facility managers can keep using. We manage revisions through to approval.
You sign off the design. We run the digital delivery for each discipline, architecture, structure and MEP, coordinated in one model.
You send the concept or schematic model. We develop it to LOD 300 to 350 with the classifications, property sets and drawings your submission needs, and coordinate it against structure and services before it goes out. In Singapore that means CORENET X with IFC-SG checks for URA, BCA, PUB, NEA and LTA.
We build the structural BIM model from your analysis model and keep the two in step as the design moves, then detail reinforcement and connections to the level your contract asks for. Openings and penetrations are agreed with architecture and services before tender, so the model your PE signs matches the calculations.
We route your ACMV, fire protection, plumbing and electrical systems against the architectural and structural models, resolve the clashes, and populate the equipment data and property sets your submission and the contractor need.
We work in the tools your team already uses, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp and more, so there is no friction in your design workflow.

Yes. Send your SketchUp model with CAD or PDF references. We rebuild it as native Revit at LOD 300 to 350.
LOD 350 is the most suitable level of detail for architects and consultants. The fee is fixed per project and depends on floor area, number of disciplines, and number of revisions.
Experienced BIM staff are hard to recruit, and a submission phase of 3 to 6 months rarely justifies a full-time hire. Outsourcing gives you specialized Revit capability per project, without the idle headcount.
Yes. We federate the architectural, structural and MEP models in your Common Data Environment, run clash detection on an agreed cadence, and track resolutions to sign-off. Clashes surface during design, not on site.
No. We don't design and we don't submit. You sign. We prepare the model, run the compliance checks, and hand back reports you can act on, in your templates and standards.
Yes. From 1 October 2026, BIM submission is mandatory for consultants, unless the project qualifies for the Direct Submission Process, which applies to smaller project types such as landed homes.
From model authoring to CORENET X submission. Our embedded BIM team handles it end to end.
