BIM services Singapore - multi-discipline model coordination

BIM Coordination and Deliverables for Main Contractors

Everything you need for BIM compliance in Singapore, from federated models and clash reports to CORENET X submissions and weekly coordination.

Modelling & Coordination

Federated BIM Models for Every Trade

Architectural, structural, and M&E models federated into a single coordinated BIM model. Delivered in your project's native format at the right level of geometry and detail.

Federated BIM Model
We take your models and coordinate them with other trades into a single federated BIM model. Whether your subcontractors provide their own models or we develop them, every discipline ends up in one navigable environment.
Clash Detection & Resolution
We identify and resolve hard, soft, and workflow clashes across all trades, then produce updated shop drawings as part of your construction submittals.
Construction-Ready Shop Drawings
Construction-ready shop drawings extracted directly from the coordinated model for contractor fabrication and site installation.

CORENET X BIM Compliance & Regulatory Submission

CORENET X Compliance Checks

We run data quality checks against the BIM model to ensure that data hygiene issues don't affect CORENET X compliance.

IFC+SG Model Validation
Models are validated against the IFC+SG schema before submission. Parameter, classification, and export issues are resolved to minimize the odds of a failed submission.
Design & Construction Gateway Submissions
We validate the federated model before each Design Gateway and Construction Gateway submission. Our BIM specialist makes the necessary updates so your QP can submit with confidence.

MRT Station Scan to BIM Model
LTA

MRT Station Scan to BIM

Challenge

Outdated drawings meant the design team had no reliable record of existing structures. New retrofit designs risked clashing with what was already built. A 3D survey was needed to close the gap.

What We Delivered

  • ●Point Cloud to BIM Conversion
  • ●LOD 350 BIM Models
  • ●BIM Coordination in Forma

Integrated Waste Treatment Facility BIM Model
PUB

Integrated Waste Treatment Facility

Challenge

Singapore's integrated waste treatment facility required infrastructure-grade BIM with full asset data capture for long-term facility management. Every model had to meet ISO 19650 and BEP standards across multiple disciplines.

What We Delivered

  • ●LOD 500 BIM Model
  • ●BIM Coordination in ProjectWise

Scan-to-BIM Digital Twin for School Building
Scan to BIM

Digital Twin for School Building

Challenge

A 6-storey school needed a digital twin for ongoing facility management, but no accurate as-built records existed. We piloted mobile scanning to capture the entire building and delivered a live digital twin in Autodesk Tandem.

What We Delivered

  • ●LOD 300 Revit Model from Point Cloud
  • ●Autodesk Tandem Digital Twin Integration

Frequently Asked Questions

How much should a main contractor budget for BIM on a project?

Budget SGD 144,000 to SGD 200,000 per year, depending on GFA, project type, and intensity of MEP services. A main contractor's scope usually covers architecture and structure modelling, plus coordinating the services models your subcontractors produce. The price is all-in: modellers, a coordinator, and software.

How fast can you mobilise a BIM team after contract award?

We take over your CDE, existing tender models, and design drawings, then rebuild the construction BIM model. Allow two to four months depending on project size. Your coordinator is embedded from day one.

How do you coordinate our subcontractors' MEP models?

We federate trade models in a CDE such as Forma, ProjectWise, or BIMCollab, run clash checks, and track issues created directly on the model. Your coordinator works with each subcontractor to close every issue out.

Can you handle our CORENET X submission?

Yes. From October 2026, new building projects need IFC+SG compliant models. We validate models with the free Bimeco Validator and work with your Qualified Person, typically an engineer, to prepare the Construction Gateway submission. See our CORENET X BIM services.

Do you work inside our CDE and follow our BEP?

Yes. Most clients prefer our preconfigured CDEs, but we can embed in yours and follow your BEP. If no BEP exists yet, we set one up during mobilisation.

Should I outsource BIM modelling or keep it in-house?

In-house teams know your standards but are hard to scale. Outsourcing gives you a larger pool of modellers you can scale up or down with project demand, after some ramp-up on your internal standards.

Ready to start your BIM project?

From model authoring to CORENET X submission. Our embedded BIM team handles it end to end.
