BIM models for fire protection, plumbing, ACMV and electrical subcontractors — built from your AutoCAD drawings, clash-free and accepted by your main contractor.
No BIM software. No new tools to learn. Send us your 2D drawings and we deliver a coordinated, construction-ready MEP model — ready for CORENET X and main contractor submission.
Our Certifications

Here's why MEP subcontractors trust us with their BIM
Send us your AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, or even hand sketches. We build the BIM model using our own licences. No Revit, no new software, no trained staff required on your end.
Sprinkler heads, ACMV ducts, structural beams. We coordinate all trades into a single federated model and resolve clashes before they reach the site.
BIM-extracted quantity takeoffs for your MEP scope: pipe lengths, equipment counts, and duct areas directly from the coordinated model.
We model fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, electrical containment, chilled water, and BMS systems. Name your trade, we've done it.
Delivery milestones tied to your main contractor's programme. Urgent model updates turned around same day when your site schedule demands it.
One point of contact who understands your trade scope, liaises with the main contractor on your behalf, and keeps your model current through design changes.
Three steps. No BIM experience required on your end.
Share your AutoCAD files, PDFs, or 2D sketches — any format, any stage. We review your scope and confirm what we need to get started.
Our BIM coordinators model your MEP systems in 3D, federate with the architectural and structural models, and run full clash detection across all trades.
We deliver a coordinated, clash-free BIM model your main contractor will accept — plus a clash report, shop drawing extractions, and CORENET X-ready files where required.
We cover the full range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines — including the IFC+SG system classifications required for CORENET X submissions.
Sprinkler layouts, wet and dry risers, FM200/CO₂ suppression, and hose reel networks. Modelled to SCDF and CORENET X requirements.
Potable water, drainage, sanitary, sewerage, and grease trap systems. Routed and coordinated within the federated model.
Air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fresh and exhaust air, and chilled water pipework. Clash-detected against all other trades.
Cable containment, LV distribution, emergency lighting, and ELV systems. Sized and routed to avoid clashes with structure and MEP.
Furniture layouts, FF&E coordination, space planning, and finishes. Modelled to support tenancy fit-out and design intent.
Building management systems, access control, CCTV, and data infrastructure. Coordinated within the architectural and MEP model.
All systems modelled to IFC+SG SystemType and SystemName parameters required for CORENET X Design and Construction Gateway submissions.
Everything your main contractor needs — delivered ready to use
Your trade systems modelled in 3D and coordinated against architecture, structure, and all other MEP disciplines. ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical — clash-detected and resolved before they reach the site. IFC+SG compliant where CORENET X submission is required.
MEP Coordination Best PracticesExtract cost and material schedules from piping, ducting, and other MEP elements with custom-built BIM libraries tailored to your product specifications.
Formal shop drawings and setting-out plans extracted directly from the coordinated BIM model — pipe layouts, spool drawings, equipment schedules, and duct routing plans ready for your site team and SCDF submission where required.
We work in the tools your team already uses, so there's no friction in your workflow.
First, request the base architectural and structural model from your main contractor, or ask for access to their Common Data Environment (CDE) so we can work from the correct federated model. Then send us your 2D drawings — AutoCAD, PDF, or hand sketches. We'll review your scope, confirm what is needed, and give you a fixed price and delivery timeline. No BIM software or experience required on your end.
Under CORENET X, your main contractor may need to submit a coordinated federated BIM model that includes your MEP systems. You are not required to submit to CORENET X yourself — but you may need to provide an IFC+SG compliant model of your scope. We build that model from your drawings and deliver it ready for federation and submission.
We obtain architectural and structural models from the main contractor or consultant. We can develop 3D MEP models from 2D formats, ensuring no clashes with the federated model.
A dedicated BIM Manager handles your project in an ISO 19650-compliant environment. We update MEP systems as designs evolve and can conduct on-site meetings with advance notice.
We deliver in native formats (Revit, Archicad, Tekla) and IFC. Our team has access to all major BIM authoring and collaboration software — no additional licenses required.
Our team is experienced with international codes and local standards like CORENET X. We work closely with your team to meet regional requirements.
Send us your drawings — we deliver a coordinated, clash-free model your contractor will accept.
